Vegetable Omelette review by Elizabeth
The vegetable omelette was small but the vegetable to egg ration was perfect. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I look forward to a repeat performance soon. Staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. "Dora" did a great job of keeping us all entertained. The ambience was great! I did enjoy my meal.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
I went with some friends to the Witchy Women Wednesday party and got the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes for dinner. They were OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious!! The sauce was perfect. The crab tasted delicate and was balanced perfectly with the other ingredients...but the crab was the star of the show, for sure!

Hudson Chicken & Waffles is HANDS DOWN one of the best spots I've been to. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the staff made me feel like family. The food came out hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — not dry at all — and the waffles were soft, fluffy, and golden with just the right sweetness. When you pour the syrup on top? Yeah… it's over with. The flavor combination is crazy good. You can tell they care about quality and presentation. Everything looked as good as it tasted. Portions were generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. If you're looking for real comfort food with flavor, great service, and a good atmosphere, Hudson Chicken & Waffles is the spot. I'll definitely be back and bringing friends with me!
